Good Bots, Bad Bots

In 2025, bots made up 53% of all internet traffic — more than humans, for the first time. Outpost's Andrés Lauer traces what happens once a click, a stream, and a bot produce the identical signal: on Deezer, AI tracks hit 44% of daily uploads by April 2026 but drew only 1–3% of streams, and Deezer estimates 85% of those streams were fraudulent. As synthetic activity floods every platform, value migrates to the one thing that can't be faked.
