EP 06
A Bee, a Ball, and a Locked Door
A bumble bee can smell sugar she can't reach — the ceiling's too low to fly. So she rolls a ball under the flower, climbs on top, and drinks. First try. Bees with prior experience of the parts solved this untaught puzzle about 74% of the time versus roughly 5% cold — and the solvers won by looking where the goal was, not by fumbling.
